Early Calphalon Commercial extra large braising everyday pan - marked to base COMMERCIAL ALUMINUM COOKWEAR TOLEDO OH - NSF stamp G 1386 HC anodized body - chrome plated steel dual handles - solid aluminum lid - stainless top handle measures 16 wide body 2 1/8 high 13 wide base ( base very thick / round to the inside flat with a shoulder rim to the outside 20 1/2 wide by handles 4 1/2 high with lid - being ALL metal will work for baking / roasting at 450 range - 8 quart weighs 6 lbs 9 oz total item used and in top shape - no damage or misuse - no balding / worn spots to anodized aluminum - marks from normal use - about as nice as former restaurant service wear can get - extra rare pan in extra big size ( I think current Calphalon max size is 13 inch model 1613 ) skillet paella chefs wok covered fryer braising
